Future Ice Sharks
My name is Dustin Catto and I will be helping Mark Long this year.  I am currently 22 years old and recently completed a two year program at Fanshawe College and received a certificate in Industrial Maintenance.  I have been involved in coaching minor hockey in Kincardine for the past three seasons.  As a coach, a leader and a role model, the teams under my guidance have made significant improvements and great accomplishments.  Some of these successes include capturing an all Ontario title three seasons ago in the Pee Wee B division, making it to the All Ontario semi-finals last season in the Bantam B division and winning the regional Silver Stick tournament this season again in the Bantam B division.

I gained most of my personal knowledge, skill and passion for the game of hockey during my six years playing junior.  The majority of my junior career was spent in the Juinor C league playing for the Kincardine Bulldogs.  I also had success during my time playing Junior B for both the Listowel Cyclones and Owen Sound Greys .

I have had many great coaches over the years that have inspired me continually advance my game.  As my days of junior hockey are over, I am motivated to continue a hockey career as a coach.   I believe I have the ability to pass on my knowledge, skill and passion for the game of hockey.   If given the opportunity, I know I will be able to assist young hockey players to learn and love the game a little more with each and every ice time.

I look forward to meeting you all.  I am truly excited for this opportunity and learning experience.
