Major Atoms vs Quickfeet Hockey
The Major Atom Ice Sharks started their season by defeating Quickfeet Hockey by a score of 4-1.
Hayden Coulter opened the scoring in the 1st period with assists going to Brett Zabel and Carter Buehlow. Despite many scoring oppurtunities in both the 1st and 2nd periods, the Ice Sharks were unable to capitalize until the third. Connor Roberts scored on the first shift in the third period assisted by Tyson Koopman and Austin VanWyck. Hayden Coulter scored his second of the night from Austin VanWyck and Carter Buehlow. The final goal was scored by Carter Buehlow on the power play with asssits going to Colton Atkins and Connor Roberts.
