Our Purpose
Founded in 2005, the Maitland PEP Ice Sharks is a Spring Hockey Organization based out of Listowel Ontario.
The core principles of our organization are to:
1) Provide a Spring hockey program for young elite hockey players to practice and play against other top players in North America.
2) Promote skill development through Power Edge Pro, friendship and an opportunity for local area kids to compete at the highest level possible.
3) Provide an opportunity to players who may not have the opportunity to play at the AAA level but possess the skill and desire to do so.
Our Program
Players are selected by the coach, the coach may or may not decide to have tryouts.
The staff for each team consists of:
- Head Coach
- Assistant Coach
- Manager
- Trainer

Each team carries up to 17 players (15 skaters plus 2 goalies) with no minimum player requirement.
The Spring season commences early-April and is completed no later than the 1st weekend in June.
