Accommodations for Northshore Tournament (St. Thomas)
Submitted By mLong on Monday, February 11, 2008
This article is to inform the parents of what the organization is trying to accomplish with respect to tournament accommodations. The managers have gotten together and communicated to try and keep everyone under one umbrella.

We want to keep everyone informed. We just recently got off the phone with ASA (an accommodations booking organization for sports teams). We decided to look for 60 rooms for the Northshore tournament in St. Thomas in April, which comes down to 12 rooms per team. Each team will have its own unique # for booking. I have created a list of players within the organization and we have a total of 81 players ranging from the 95 to 99. We have some families that have 2 kids playing within the organization. The names are follows Landry 95, 99 - Skinner 97, 99 – McKee 97, 98 – Conlon 95, 98 – Nichol 97, 97. We will also have some kids that are on the Tyke team as well but at this time they do not come into play.

ASA is in the process of looking to accommodate our organization at one facility. I will be the single point of contact and I will use and abuse the managers of each team, so feel free to give them a little extra something in their bonus. I do believe that this process will work for us. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our business. Please feel free to make any recommendations that will assist our organization.

This is one step in trying to bring the organization together as one big team.

See ya at the rink, Howie.
