Managers are diligently working
Information for parents regarding accommodations for our upcoming tournaments
I would like to communicate to everyone within the organization that the managers of each team are diligently working on getting everyone accommodations. We complied a highly talented staff to organize getting rooms and staying together as one big happy family.
Here is an update. We have all rooms reserved for all 6 teams at one hotel for the Brantford (Reginal Spring) on 9-MAY-08. We were also lucky enough and have rooms reserved for all 5 teams in Mississauga(Top Gun) 16-MAY-08. The mangers will be in contact with each and everyone that is associated with their respected age groups.
St Thomas (Northshore) 25-APR-08 is currently proving to be a challenge getting rooms because of a basket ball tournament going on. We have a couple of options we are working on and we will communicate these options once we have a path forward. I ask that you have patience and we will do our best to inform you through the web site or through your managers.
