Novice, 2012 (Maitland PEP Ice Sharks AAA Spring Hockey)

CONGRATULATIONS - In their first tournament of the season, the 2003s reached the semi-finals!  The tournament started off with a loss to the HTA lightning, but the boys shook off the loss and played great hockey for the next four games.  Three straight wins put the team in the semi-finals where they would again face the HTA lightning.  The ice sharks played a fantastic game which had to be decided in overtime. Congratualtions to all the players for their hard work and commitment throughout the tournament.  The boys are really coming together as a team and everyone can be proud of their ...

In their second game of the season the Ice Sharks came away with a tie.  It was a good back and forth game against Quickfeet that ended in a score of 3-3.  Good effort guys. 

In their first exhibition game of the season the Ice Sharks faced Quick Feet.  The Ice Sharks quickly meshed with their new teammates and  played strong hockey right from the puck drop.  A strong offensive performance resulted in 5 goals for the Ice Sharks and many more great chances.  Equally strong performances on defense and goal kept the Quick Feet team off the scoreboard.  Congrats to the Ice Sharks for a great start to the season.

The 2003 team is ready to go! The first practice will be in April and we are all looking forward to a fun season of spring hockey.
