Minor PeeWee, 2007 (Maitland PEP Ice Sharks AAA Spring Hockey)

The Ice Sharks Minor Peewee team finished up their spring hockey season with an excellent effort at the very competitive OTTF Spring Classic tournament last weekend. This was the Ice Sharks third tournament in three weeks and capped off a successful spring season.

The Minor Peewee Ice Sharks had another successful tournament by advancing beyond the preliminary round robin portion of a tournament for the second straight week. The Ice Sharks participated in the 19th Annual Bluewater Sharks Tournament on May 4-6, 2007 in Sarnia.

The Minor Peewee Ice Sharks went into their first tournament hungry and feasted on a buffet of opposing teams over the course of the Northshore Challenge Cup tournament in Aylmer/St. Thomas on April 27-29th. For the appetizer...

Hailing from Flesherton, Mitchell Betts joins the Ice Sharks as a Forward who's equally adept at playing Defence as well.

This year's Minor Peewee Ice Sharks are ready to begin the hunt. Head Coach Marc Hodgkinson has led the effort to scour Ice Sharks territory and assemble a group of talented players ready to be moulded into an elite spring hockey team. This first task is now complete.
